Geneviève Ladouceur joined Sproule Faguy as an associate in 2011 after working as a clerk at the Federal Court of Canada for the Honourable Michel M.J. Shore.
Me Ladouceur completed her Bachelor of Law at the University of Montreal (2004). During the course of her studies, Me Ladouceur attended the British Institute of Florence, in Italy, affiliated with the University of San Diego, where she furthered her studies in the field of International Intellectual Property Law and Contracts.
Me Ladouceur has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 2006. After her Quebec Bar, Me Ladouceur articled abroad in a law firm in Lyon, France. Me Ladouceur also acquired experience in civil litigation and administrative law, with a specific concentration on professional and disciplinary law. She has also completed a common law degree at the University of Ottawa (2010), and an LL.M in business law at the University of Montreal(2010).
Throughout her studies, she participated in many internships and worked as a research assistant, namely at the Centre de recherche en droit public (CRDP), at the Canadian Internet Policy and Public Interest Clinic (CIPPIC), at Gowlings LLP in Ottawa, and at the United Nations Headquarters in New York. Me Ladouceur is involved in many academic associations, namely the Young Bar Association of Montreal and the ExtraJudiciaire.
